A stylish and comfortable villa with unrivalled views of Mamora Bay from sunrise to sunset and occupying one of the finest positions in the village. The interior retains a colonial feeling of space with a vaulted ceiling giving an airy, relaxed atmosphere with European style furnishings and colourful local artwork on the walls.

Accommodation

Downstairs: two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors onto a private terrace with sea views. Individually controlled air con and ceiling fans, flat screen TVs in both rooms.

Master Bedroom: super king size bed with plenty of storage, ensuite bathroom with two washbasins and power shower.

Double Bedroom: super king size bed or twin beds, plenty of storage, ensuite bathroom with power shower.

Upstairs: Spacious living and dining room with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking Mamora Bay. Flat screen TV, a/c unit, two ceiling fans.

Galley style kitchen fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer and icemaker as well as a dishwasher, cooker and double sink.

Outside: huge balcony running along the width of the villa; two sun loungers, dining table and four chairs under a ceiling fan.

WIFI is available throughout the villa. The Club has back up generators so there is generally no problem with outages.

Parking and Security

The villa is on the top level near the entrance to the Club. Park on the private drive, then walk a few steps down to the villa. Excellent onsite security 24 hours a day 7 days a week
